All Recovery Meeting: An All Recovery Meeting welcomes all who struggle with addiction, are affected by addiction, and/or support the recovery lifestyle.

Yoga in Recovery: Enhance the depth of your recovery with yoga!  Unite the mind, body and spirit through meditation, postures and breath.  Connect your thoughts, actions and wellbeing with your highest self by:

  • Replacing artificial (external) highs with natural (internal) ones and reactions with responses

  • Develop your ability to control the mind through awareness and attention

  • Control levels of stress, anxiety and depression

  • Experience healthy coping methods and benefits of self-acceptance and determination

Wear something comfortable to move in. Feel free to bring a cushion, blanket or your own mat if you would like!

Morning Recovery Reading: Start your day with us.  Come by for coffee and a recovery-oriented reading with discussion to follow.

Y12SR: Combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of yoga.  Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental, and spiritual disease that it is.  Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice that is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others.  This is an open and inclusive group.  All A's are welcome.

Nar-Anon: The Nar-Anon Family Groups is primarily for those who know or have known a feeling of desperation concerning the addiction problem of someone very near to you. We have traveled that unhappy road too, and found the answer with serenity and peace of mind.

"STEPS" Book Study: Steps is a gospel-centered recovery resource that takes people to the root of sin and suffering and leads them to embrace the freedom found only in Christ's redemption.

CA: Cocaine Anonymous is a Fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from their addiction.

Adult Children of Alcoholics:  A Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition  support group of men and women who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes.   We meet to share experience, strength, hope and recovery in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

Narcotics Anonymous: 12-step mutual support group.

Al-Anon: A mutual support program for people who's lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.

Alateen:  For younger family members and friends, is a part of Al-Anon Family Groups.

GreySheeters Anonymous:  A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from compulsive eating. The only requirement for membership is the desire to stop eating compulsively.

Sex Addicts Anonymous:  A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so they may overcome their sexual addiction and help others recovery from sexual addiction or dependency.
